How Can I return something I ordered from you?

As our loyal customers who shop at our store could tell you, our prices and quality are second to none. In order to maintain these prices, all online sales are final.  However, if you receive an item that you did not order, or what you ordered was defective upon receipt, please complete the form on our contact us page within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. We would be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. “Receipt” will be determined as the UPS delivery date.

Where do we ship to?

We offer UPS ground and UPS 2nd Day Air anywhere within the Continental United States.  We do not deliver to PO boxes. All on line orders are processed Monday through Friday 10 am EST to 5 pm EST.  We do not ship outside of the Continental United States at this time.  Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order. The UPS tracking information will be sent in a subsequent email to you on the first business day after UPS shipment has occurred.

What will the shipping cost be?

Orders within the continental U.S. will receive FREE standard UPS ground shipping! If you choose UPS 2nd Day Air, the cost will be calculated at the time you complete your shopping cart order.

What about sales tax?

We follow the applicable federal and state guidelines and the appropriate sales tax is applied to orders at the time of your shopping art completion.
